Just got back from Manila where I spent a very quiet holy week with my family. And as you may have noticed, I also took a short hiatus from Pinkoy since I decided to sort of abstain (even for just a little while) from updating this blog as my way of observing the lenten season (Oh, the suffering from not seeing that kitty up there...not even a peek!).
So when I finally came back, lo and behold...I got an Easter surprise from Goddy. But before I do the work required by the Neno Award, let me at least talk about this friend of mine named Goddy.

Unlinking from my other sites
Wow, it has been ages since I last posted here something that actually came out of my currently cluttered brain. I hope you don't mind but I have removed my pin(k)oy links in my radio and news blogs while still retaining my link to TTRO in this site. Finally...Whew!
You probably are wondering why that sigh of relief. You see, after so many nosebleeds resulting from my many attempts at writing a good original post (and ultimately failing at the end of the day), I realized that my hesitation comes from the fact that this site is linked to my work-related blogs.

Bloggin' Crazy
My life has gone bloggin' crazy!
As if I wasn't busy enough with managing a radio station and the needs of my family, I could say I am punishing myself with more work.
For years I remained a lurker of the triple W. I just log in to check on my emails, do research and chat once in a while. Having friends who started blogging ironically after leaving our agency to look for greener pastures abroad, I then visited some of their now massively-earning sites and wondered...how the hell did they do that?!

From Tagalog to English
I was a bit overwhelmed with requests of actually translating my Tagalog posts to English. I did add a translator on this blog. But when my friend Tintin and I tried it out for ourselves, we ended up laughing our asses off because the translations were really hilarious!
That Kitty is Getting Popular
I just got a very nice email from Dame Wotta Tripp who maintains www.icebringer.com. It was not the first time I got a compliment from visitors here (who are but a handful for now), but jeez, that cat is really getting a lot of attention! So now, for the benefit of non-Filipino readers who visit my site, here's my story about that kitty up there.
Stray cats are a common thing in a lot of communities here in the Philippines. In our neighborhood, we have around four of them hanging out on our front porch. They are a very useful bunch really, especially in keeping out those ROUSes (rodents of unusual size).
